We are searching for a dedicated IT Manager to lead and manage the IT infrastructure across the LATAM region. As a crucial member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the security, efficiency, and seamless operation of our computer systems, telephony, and electronic data. **As an IT Manager you will**: - Align IT infrastructure with current and future business goals. - Ensure IT activities comply with applicable laws, codes, and regulations. - Oversee hardware and employee equipment setup and maintenance. - Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and regional coordination with Facilities, IT security, Finance, Technology, and Compliance. - Develop and implement IT policies and best practices in alignment with HQ. - Supervise daily operations of network and server infrastructure. - Implement security measures for the network, data, and communication systems. - Lead technology projects for the designated region, overseeing budgets and enforcing cost-effectiveness. - Identify opportunities to enhance and update software and systems. - Determine timeframes for major IT projects, including updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages. - Manage and report on the allocation of the IT budget. - Provide direction for IT team members. **What you'll bring**: - 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations ( networking, IT support, systems administration, software engineering, and IT project management) with relevant certifications/academic qualifications. - 8+ of ITIL or IT support and service management experience. - 2-5 years of IT department supervisory experience leading IT teams. - Fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish will be considered an advantage. - Proven problem-solving skills. - Experience in coordinating installations, upgrades, and system maintenance. - Ability to assess, recruit, train, supervise, and motivate IT staff. - Strong critical thinking skills. - Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and in senior management roles. - Project management experience with a proven ability to prioritise, manage risks, control costs, adhere to timelines, and lead project teams. **Recruitment Privacy Notice** Regarding the data you share with us, you may find and read our recruitment privacy notice here.
