About The Role We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to support our growing marketing efforts. This fully remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented visual storyteller with experience creating engaging marketing content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, is comfortable working across time zones, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where deadlines matter and branding consistency is key. Key Responsibilities Design high-quality marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and email visuals in line with branding guidelines. Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as social media, YouTube, email campaigns, and internal use. Assist in storyboarding, sound editing, motion graphics, and visual effects for marketing videos. Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver assets aligned with campaign objectives and deadlines. Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing channels. Adapt U.S.-based assets for international audiences through localization when needed. Organize and manage digital files, version control, and updates for all visual content. Requirements Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. Strong design sensibility with a solid grasp of layout, typography, and color theory. Deep understanding of social media formats, trends, and visual storytelling techniques. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take and implement creative direction. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate across distributed teams. Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, ClickUp). Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting U.S.-based teams or working in a global remote environment. Familiarity with the solar, home improvement, or energy efficiency industries.
