Role Overview "> - This is a senior-level role for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying scalable solutions on the Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities (E&U;) Cloud CPQ and Omniscript platforms. - The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. "> Key Responsibilities "> - Develop and customize CPQ solutions using Vlocity for Energy & Utilities. - Design and implement Omniscripts to automate and streamline business processes. - Implement advanced order capture functionalities for multi-site and diverse product offerings. - Build guided selling processes to support accurate product configuration and pricing. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Design and manage data models specific to the energy and utilities industry. - Configure Salesforce settings including roles, permissions, workflows, and validation rules. - Provide first-line support for CPQ and Omniscript issues, including debugging and troubleshooting. - Continuously optimize existing configurations to enhance performance and usability. "> Requirements "> - Proven experience with Vlocity E&U; Cloud, Vlocity CPQ / Salesforce Industries CPQ, and Omniscripts. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and customization. - Experience with API integrations and data modeling. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - English proficiency: Upper intermediate and above.
