We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Director to join our team. This role is a critical component of our organization's strategy, focusing on driving revenue growth and streamlining sales operations. As a Revenue Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading a globally distributed team that supports sales leaders in optimizing pipeline health, business planning, and key performance indicator adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies that drive revenue growth across various market segments. To succeed in this role, you will need: - Over 10 years of experience in revenue operations or commercial strategy in the advertising technology sector. - A proven track record of managing international teams and leading cross-functional initiatives. - A strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and total addressable market strategy. - Proficiency with Salesforce and business intelligence platforms. - Experience with incentive planning, including spiffs and compensation execution. - The ability to drive performance alignment through data analysis. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and managing a team of regional revenue operations managers across multiple regions. - Partnering with the VP of Sales Ops and Global Head of Strategic Ops to develop methodologies that optimize sales performance and strategy. - Overseeing Salesforce adoption and hygiene, ensuring consistent forecasting across regions and business segments. - Collaborating with Business Operations leadership to plan and manage total addressable market strategy for both publisher and advertiser sides of the business. - Working closely with BI and Biz Ops to develop CRM flows, reporting views, and efficiency models, providing thought leadership for infrastructural iterations likely to improve sales org productivity. - Influencing the tone and structural methodology for conducting sales pipeline and performance reviews globally, providing input and support for any requested executive reporting deliverables. - Supporting the VP of Sales Ops as required for comp planning in partnership with FP&A;, aligning plans to regional strategies. - Structuring and overseeing data-driven sales pipeline analyses and pipeline acceleration plans as needed. - Partnering with Sales Enablement leadership to ensure all sales training links to identifiable key performance indicators and measurable, data-driven outputs. - Tracking and standardizing revenue health reporting and go-to-market blockers across global markets.
