Principal Mission and Job Objective Responsible for managing and controlling inventory in SAP from its entry into the Distribution Center to dispatch through billing, as well as filing the invoice and related delivery documents with the customer. Main Responsibilities Perform various inventory movements in SAP (such as reservations, allocation, scrap, among others) to maintain consistency with the physical product status. Communicate these movements to involved parties. Provide product traceability information from importation, commercialization, to final disposition upon request by quality, regulatory affairs, internal and external audits, and other processes. Handle claims to headquarters for damaged import products, shortages, surpluses, technical complaints, or other reasons, and follow up until obtaining a corrective notice (NC). Follow-up and resolve inventory discrepancies (shortages or surpluses) reported by the Distribution Center and/or clients. Generate various inventory reports (current inventory, daily entries, monthly slow-moving stock, etc.) and update necessary databases for control and traceability. Prepare and generate counting sheets, analyze discrepancies, and document annual physical inventory acts. Maintain up-to-date physical and/or digital files of logistics documents (destruction acts, import documents, proof of delivery, etc.). Process customer billing, send electronic invoices, and other required documents for order delivery, including reconciling electronic billing with DIAN and submitting invoices on client platforms. Participate in and contribute to the compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) objectives at bioMérieux Colombia. Education, Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Education and Experience: Technologist or Professional in Administration, International Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. Skills and Qualifications: Assertive communication, organization, attention to detail, customer service, time management, proactivity, autonomy, analytical capacity.
