This is an exciting opportunity to join the leading Independent Marketing Intelligence Company, MiQ. Our global culture and values drive our success and support employee development. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the VP Marketing Latin America to build brand awareness, reputation, and deliver sales leads across multiple marketing channels with measurable ROI. They will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to develop and execute results-driven marketing programs. Key Responsibilities - Manage, enhance, and develop content for MiQ initiatives such as education and event planning. - Plan, execute, and manage global marketing plans, campaigns, events, and initiatives. - Develop and execute marketing campaigns through relevant channels to maximize client engagement. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. - Communicate marketing plans to ensure coordination across channels. - Collaborate with research and insight teams to create impactful research and content. - Work with the Marketing Operations and Automation Manager to deliver monthly ROI reports. - Plan digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and display advertising. - Maintain the corporate website and collaborate on landing pages and user experience optimization. - Ideate and manage the development of email and direct mail campaigns. - Maintain MiQ's social media presence and work with local marketing teams. - Identify trends and insights for display advertising campaigns and optimize spend and performance. - Measure and report on digital marketing campaign performance. Requirements - Strong understanding of digital marketing and its role in driving brand and sales. - Experience working with multiple stakeholders and a solid understanding of sales and client engagement. - High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. - Creative problem-solving skills and ability to bring new approaches. - Extremely detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a global environment. - Digital marketing and programmatic experience essential. - Experience with marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation software and CRMs. - Graphic design skills a bonus. Preferred Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles. - BA or BS in marketing or related field. - High proficiency in Microsoft packages. - Strong understanding of digital marketing and its role in supporting and developing a brand. - Strategy development experience required. - Mobile/Technology/Startup experience a plus. - Programmatic experience a must.
