The Growth team is responsible for designing and implementing the strategies that will mantain current users and bring new ones **WHAT WILL YOU DO?**: - Work alongside growth team, developing and owning go-to-market strategies, ensuring the activation of new users into the app. - Create a culture of learning, and encouraging tests and trials that constantly move our go-to-market execution forward. - Analyze and ideas execution of the go-to-market strategies across the full activation funnel vision to increase conversion and make decisions leading to its improvement. - Serve as the liaison between acquisition, retention and commercial teams by translating knowledge and data into insights and active users. - Own your data set. You will stand out if you can demonstrate: - Experience in one of the following: high-growth startups, management consulting, data science, fintech marketing or growth product management. - Experience setting up new marketing tools (Customer.io, Twilio,etc) and ability to write SQL queries **Location**: Offices in Bogotá, Colombia.
