Treasury &Finance; Operations at R2 - Manage and optimize the company's cashflow, liquidity, and financial risk, informing strategic decisionson capital allocation, debt, and capital structure. - Supportembedded lending activities, focusing on daily cash management,automation, and system development. - Handle all aspects of cashmanagement, including bank account rationalization, feeminimization, intercompany funding, and policy enforcement. -Oversee cash flow and balances to ensure same-day liquidity acrossmultiple LatAm jurisdictions and currencies. - Collaborate with Finance & Engineering teams to build dashboards for monitoringand reporting. Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance systems, or FinOps within fintech, techcompanies, banks, or financial institutions. - Bachelor's degree ineconomics, finance, accounting, or a related quantitative field. -Experience with automation in cash management and treasuryprocesses, and familiarity with market technologies and tools. -Experience in developing cash forecasts and dashboards, supportingfund positioning. - Support for monthly, quarterly, and annualclose processes. - Knowledge of FX management, hedging strategies,and debt servicing. Preferred Skills - Background in fintechpayments, ledger systems, or high-frequency data workflows. -Experience with multi-country payment automation and bankingintegrations. - Expertise in financial reconciliation and paymentrisk management. - Understanding of banking systems and regulationsin LatAm. - Knowledge of bank account processes, intercompanysettlements, dividends, and netting. Location Remote-first in LatAmand the US, with support for in-office in Mexico City, BuenosAires, Bogotá, São Paulo, or Santiago.
