We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team and help us design, build, and scale intuitive, performant, and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Build scalable RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask) - Implement robust backend services and distributed systems leveraging Celery, RabbitMQ, and Airflow - Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end-to-end - Work on frontend components (React preferred) when necessary to support new feature development - Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and performance - Contribute to DevOps efforts around CI/CD, containerization, and deployment pipelines - Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using tools like ELK, New Relic, and Datadog - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in software development (Full Stack or Backend-focused) - Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in FastAPI or Flask - Experience working with asynchronous tasks and message queues (Celery, RabbitMQ) - Familiarity with PostgreSQL and data modeling best practices - Solid understanding of Git and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) - Working knowledge of containerization and deployment (Docker, AWS) - Bonus: Experience with React, Kubernetes, Airflow, or frontend build tools - Passion for clean code, automation, and building things that scale Technical Environment: - Languages & Frameworks: Python (FastAPI, Flask), JavaScript ES6+ (React – nice to have) - Frontend Tools (Nice to Have): Redux, Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier - Backend Tools: Celery, RabbitMQ, Apache Airflow, PostgreSQL - DevOps & Cloud: Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, AWS (Lambda, EC2, RDS, etc.), Kubernetes (nice to have) - Monitoring & Observability: ELK Stack, New Relic, Datadog - Version Control: Git (GitHub)
