This role involves collaborating with various departments to facilitate effective HR practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution. Junior HR Business Partners contribute to creating a positive workplace culture by fostering communication, offering guidance on HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. They enable organizational growth by developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals and enhance overall employee satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures Support recruiting programs which include event planning, coordination, logistics administration Conduct orientation sessions for new employees Address employee queries and resolve basic conflicts Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. Maintain accurate employee records in HR information systems Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives Be the point of contact for HR related queries from vendors Facilitate internal communication regarding HR policies, training sessions, and company updates Help organize training and professional development sessions Ensure compliance with HR-related legal and regulatory requirements Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to HR strategies and plans Assist in data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience. Support the audit process with necessary documentation and information regarding HR function Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and handle it with discretion Provide first-line support for managers and employees on HR processes, policies, and procedures. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. 1 -3 year of Human Resources experience or related field Must maintain strict confidentiality with issues and documentation Must be able to work in a fast-paced demanding environment Teamwork and customer service attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Advance English written and spoken SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and best practices in talent management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
