Our client Our client is a reputable e-commerce company specializing in providing excellent customer support. They serve customers across the United States and multiple other countries. Their primary sales channels include their direct-to-consumer website and the popular online marketplace, Amazon. What we offer: Competitive pay: $1,100 - $1,400 USD / month (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time (with a 1-hour lunch) Location: 100% remote from Latin America Great Benefits: 10 days PTO and US Holidays Professional growth: Opportunities to learn and develop new skills About the role: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our client's customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Efficiently managing and responding to customer inquiries via various channels. Promptly and professionally addressing customer concerns and resolving issues. Providing information about products and services. Processing customer requests and transactions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. Creating and formatting customer service reports. Providing a range of customer support tasks as needed, such as troubleshooting and escalating complex issues. Key qualifications and skills: Fully fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in customer service software Zendesk Tech Savvy Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Other preferred but not required qualifications: Startup Experience University Degree Ready to Take the Next Step?
