Responsibilities and more: CRO Specialist (Remote) Full-time | Growth Marketing & Analytics Team We’re looking for a data-savvy, UX-aware, and experimentation-driven CRO Specialist to join our Growth Marketing and Analytics teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding user behavior, designing conversion-driven experiments, and continuously optimizing the digital experience across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the strategy and execution of CRO initiatives across all digital touchpoints. - Design and run A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Google Optimize, Adobe Target, or similar. - Analyze behavioral data through heatmaps, funnel reports, and session recordings to identify friction. - Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition flows — from landing pages to onboarding. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement improvements via APIs, Segment, Postman, etc. - Conduct competitive analysis to inform funnel improvements. - Support analytics teams with performance insights and data pulls. - Maintain organized project updates via ClickUp or similar tools. - Document processes, insights, and learnings for internal use. - Apply UX and user psychology principles to optimize user journeys. - Assist with copy and creative assets for tests. - Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates and clear reporting.
