Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, acting as the main point of contact to address their needs and requirements. Provide the necessary support to coordinate the implementation of projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies and initiatives. Provide technical support to customers, assisting them in selecting products and solutions that best meet their needs. Advise customers on process optimization and efficient use of the company’s products. Participate in ongoing training programs to keep up to date with industry innovations and company products. Train customers and distributors on products and their applications. Visit customers in the region to support and identify commercial opportunities based on their needs for required spare parts, services, and/or upgrades. Perform data analysis and generate performance reports.
