In Chile, Mainstream owns 1.3GW of fully contracted wind and solar projects in operation, in construction or at late stage development, due to its unprecedented success in government auctions. Mainstream has raised more than €1.6bn in project finance to date and employs over 200 staff across six continents. * Summary of Role: * The Office Manager will report to the Regional Manager, Colombia & Central America in LATAM located in Colombia. This role will be responsible for the general operation of our office **The key responsibilities of the role comprise the following**: - Overall general office operation, ensuring the office and meeting rooms are kept in a presentable and working condition. - Coordinating external meeting, offsites and events as required. - Supervising, mentoring and training our administration and cleaning staff and delegating tasks to ensure maximum productivity. - Producing reports as required and managing the office administration annual budget. - Assist the members team in Colombia. - Manage local and international travels of the staff - Manage any improvements that are required in offices (new desks, repairs etc.). - Manage the contract services companies (couriers, food services, plants, etc.) - Prepare the desks for new hires, ensuring there is stationary items and coordinate the IS devices with the IS team (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse and cell phone). - Support the SHEQ team to ensure the office is a safe environment and prepare and assist with audits as required. **What we require?** - Degree in Administration. - Approximately 5-8 years working as an office manager in a international company. - Excellent written and oral communications skills. - Strong coordination skills. - Advanced user of MS Office. - Ability to use Microsoft software as well SharePoint and Teams. - Fluency in both Spanish & English. - Proficiency in accounting or finance is a plus. **What we offer?** We offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization, in a growing market, in a fast-paced industry.
