The Technical Support Specialist 1 is an entry-level technician within the Support Organization, initially considered a trainee focusing on a specific product line. Using the "Product Training Curriculum," the role involves training on product functionality, infrastructure, common support requests, case management, escalation processes, and internal policies. The role progresses from shadowing to supervised work and then independent tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians. How You’ll Succeed Follow the "Product Training Curriculum" and complete courses successfully. Provide Level 1 support with assistance from senior team members for hardware, software, SaaS, and mobile solutions. Own customer issues through to resolution, keeping customers informed throughout. Anticipate customer needs by listening carefully and enhancing your customer service skills. Work collaboratively to meet or exceed Command Alkon's Support SLAs. Contribute to and update the company's customer-facing knowledge base articles.
