Job Description - Second Pastry Cook (HOT0BKW3) Job Number: HOT0BKW3 Work Location Hilton Bogota Corferias, Avenida El Dorado, Calle 26 Corferias 1629 Position Overview A Second Pastry Cook is responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place in the kitchen and assists the Pastry Cook. What will I be doing? Produce the mise en place for the kitchen Set up orders for sales points Ensure organization and hygiene in the kitchen Prepare food using appropriate techniques under supervision Store and check the validity of food Assist other departments as needed Communicate shift information during changeovers Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor What are we looking for?
