Learn more about STR. **ROLE DESCRIPTION** Work together with the Regional team with client related administrative tasks relating to client contact information, client access, reporting permissions, participation and other day to day general admin related queries. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Deliver high level of client service experience. - Proactively research data compliance to reduce incoming queries and requests to chase data - Proactively chase missing data points. - Keep up to date with market developments in the industry. - Adhere to all STR processes and policies and maintain customer confidentiality. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Fluent Spanish and English. - Proficient use of Microsoft office suite, and experience using CRM systems, databases, BI tools, Tableau. - Consistently focused on delivering an excellent customer service experience. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Confident in dealing with numbers, able to easily identify and resolve errors. - Attention to detail, data confidentiality, and accuracy. - Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and follow through.
