Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will ensure that all initiatives are completed on time, with high quality. In this role, you will track progress on key milestones based on Agile development teams and provide updates to the project plan. You will implement an established plan and monitor progress and performance against it. Regular reports will be prepared to communicate project status both within and beyond the project team. You will collaborate with product owners to achieve project target milestones and ensure successful delivery to internal and/or external clients. Key Responsibilities - Develop detailed project plans for managing the critical path and major milestones for product launches and/or complex product deployments. - E nsure timely and effective delivery of the solution into production. - Communicate effectively and consistently with management and cross-functional business team members. - Administer projects with a span of influence that typically require working with multiple functional areas or small teams or groups. - Guide project plans that include standard templates but may need simple revisions to accommodate minor customizations to meet the business requirement. - Identify the need for issue escalation and direct projects that have some potential for scope change. - Ensure all projects are properly and accurately estimated and timely billed. - Monitor and track the budget. Experience We are looking for candidates with: - Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology or related certification and work experience. - Experience with PMP and recent experience with dependency-driven projects. - Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. - Experience using and reporting on a software development lifecycle.
