Key Responsibilities: - Develop, execute and analyze user retention and order frequency strategies at a country and city level. - Advocate for the users experience and growth; translate that perspective into initiatives across teams that touch product operations, marketing and communications at a national and regional level. - Conduct and coordinate analysis to define optimal ways of improving operations and processes at a national level. - Perform competition analysis and benchmarking; analyze pricing, features, strengths and weaknesses. - Become an influential stakeholder within the restaurant, courier, and functional operations teams. - Translate strategy into results: manage execution against key milestones and targets; manage a high performing team that is responsible for city operations and growth optimization.
