What You’ll Do The Health System Leader has extensive healthcare leadership experience at the health system level. This role is responsible for implementing the goals of the Task Order effectively with frontline health facilities and practitioner practices. This position is contingent upon contract award. Requirements for this role include: Bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field At least five (5) years of administrative experience, including three (3) years in a senior hospital or healthcare leadership role Strong understanding of health system operations, including facilities, challenges, opportunities, and business frameworks, as well as service delivery models Experience implementing provider-focused approaches and overseeing quality improvement initiatives aligned with CMS priorities, including technology and quality management infrastructure Knowledge of business operations, service delivery, medical records, health data security, and relevant regulations related to quality management, drug shortages, supply chain, cybersecurity, workforce planning, and emergency preparedness Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly Why Constellation Quality Health We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and a flexible work environment.
