Open to candidates in Barranquilla and Bogotá The Client Relations & Concierge Specialist is a dedicated resource who works exclusively with LSG’s external and internal clients. This role plays a key part in managing open requisitions for booking, travel, and transport, as well as handling any necessary logistical requests. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Client Relations & Concierge Specialist is an organized and goal-oriented individual who can identify solutions for each open requisition. They must quickly develop a strong command of the company’s policies, operating procedures, and personnel. This expertise will be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance with: Assisting with event planning and execution, including but not limited to client appreciation events, holiday parties, and team-building activities. Supporting clients from consultation through travel and visits, ensuring a seamless experience. Managing all booking, travel, and transportation processes. The specialist must be capable of fulfilling every request needed for the client's arrival, coordinating with concierge service providers to secure the best options and pricing for an excellent client experience. Proactively resolving any client concerns or complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner. Collaborating with responsible team members to ensure all client touchpoints are completed and properly tracked. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, International Business, International Relations, or related fields. Previous experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Client-Facing Specialist, Client Onboarding Specialist, or VIP Account Management.
