Your role at Vantive This position will be responsible for recording, reconciliation, and tracking activities mainly related to Payroll and Opex & regional accrual processes for LATAM and UCAN entities. Additionally, you will prepare reports for business and corporate month-end results analysis, and support activities as needed. Responsibilities include external and internal audit support, statutory information, and participation in various projects and initiatives. Support to the supervisor and manager in team activities and company requirements is also expected. What You'll Be Doing Perform month-end close activities such as JE posting, pre-reconciliation, special entries/processes, and support during MEC (Flux analysis). Collaborate with local finance leaders to understand, explain, and detail key variance drivers, and work on process standardization and improvements. Communicate and follow up on balancing differences. Maintain effective internal controls, including proper procedures, reconciliations, compliance with US GAAP and S-Ox policies. Maintain accurate monthly task lists, own accounting conclusions, and ensure accurate US GAAP accounting for all tasks. Deliver all internal and external audit requirements. Lead and participate in process improvement projects. Ensure accurate accounting for supplemental accounts. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English (B2+). Experience with general accounting processes and implementation projects. Strong ERP knowledge (JDE, SAP, Oracle); JDE experience is a plus. Advanced Excel skills (macros or VBA is a plus). Experience with reporting tools like Cognos, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
