Location: Colombia We are looking for a new member for the People & Transformation Team! :) Someone with great attitude, passionate about helping and communicate with others, and proactive to look for ways to guarantee a continuous improvement in our processes. With good sense of creativity and dynamism to come up with new ideas, aiming to keep making of Keyrus a great place to work! **Role & Responsibilities**: - Sourcing, pre-screening calls, and coordination of interviews and tests along the hiring cycle Update all employee’s databases - Support the hiring and onboarding processes - Support day-to-day HR admin tasks - Help with the coordination and execution of some HR activities and team-building - Support the control and analysis of standard HR processes and main KPI’s **Essential Qualifications**: - Final semester of any of the following programs: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields - English: Intermediate-Advanced - Good level of proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint) - Great Communication skills (speaking and writing) - Analytical Problem Solving A proactive, pragmatic and solution-focused mindset - Self-Management (time management, task prioritisation, organisation...) - Technology oriented, curious about using tools or simple solutions to better perform the tasks - Alignment with our values: integrity, team spirit, open communication, continuous learning
