We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead Analyst to ensure the integrity and quality of data throughout the ESP migration process. This role involves data validation, testing, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards in data migration and transformation. Job Description Develop and implement a comprehensive test plan to validate data accuracy and integrity during the ESP migration. Conduct thorough data validation and testing to ensure compliance with business and technical requirements. Utilize SQL to identify, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies. Work with ETL processes to ensure seamless data movement and transformation. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues arising during the migration process. Collaborate closely with Blend and Client teams to address data quality concerns and ensure successful data migration. Document and report test results, including detailed logs of identified issues and resolutions. Ensure that all data migration activities meet the standards set by stakeholders and align with business objectives. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Strong expertise in data validation and testing methodologies. Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting data discrepancies. Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation techniques. Ability to develop and execute test plans and test cases for data migration projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data quality issues. Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in data migration projects. Excellent documentation and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ESP migration projects and with Braze/Iterable are nice to have. What about languages? Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!
