Role Description: The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and support solution implementation, bridging business needs with technical execution in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders. Analyze processes to identify improvements. Translate needs into functional requirements and user stories. Support project scope and priority setting. Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation. Track project progress and communicate updates. Prepare reports and presentations for decision-making. Maintain organized records of requirements and feedback. Required Skills: English level: B2–C1, with strong communication skills. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields. Minimum 1+ year experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Experience with Transportation Management Systems (preferably McLeod). Proficiency in SQL for queries.
