Job Description We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure operations team, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and management of cloud-based infrastructure environments. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the high availability, security, and performance of our cloud infrastructure. This includes monitoring and responding to incidents, troubleshooting system and network issues, and implementing timely resolutions. You will work closely with engineering and security teams to implement operational best practices and maintain compliance. Your goal will be to optimize resource utilization and cost across cloud and local infrastructure. To achieve this, you will automate routine tasks and operational processes using scripting or configuration management tools. - Hands-on experience with public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) - Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) - Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) - Experience with monitoring & observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch) - Understanding of networking, firewalls, DNS, and security controls - Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines - Experience with ITIL and ITSM practices - Basic/Moderate knowledge on containerization and orchestration - SRE and DevOps methodology exposure About Us We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
