Join us to #IgniteYourCareer ! **Your role at Clorox**: If you are a curious & data driven person you will be able to plan and execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with the Trade Marketing team to uncover trends that can transform insights into real opportunities; helping us to understand shopper and market trends through the analysis of different sources of data & Develop tools to drive market understanding translating data into knowledge, insights and actions **In this role, you will**: **KEY RESPONSABILITIES** - Business Analytics: Connect the dots of different data sources to understand holistically market trends. Providing SMART inputs and Gap Closing recommendations for the trade and channels Teams on Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing, and Shelving (AMPS) to improve the Business Planning process - Business Tracking: Works with Field Sales Teams/Merchandising Agency/3rd party service providers to manage tracking of the TM Platforms and Analyze business opportunities. - Business Tracking: Ensure tracking of targets complying with timelines/due dates established - Support the Planning and development/adaptation of Shopper Marketing programs/toolkits for a specific channel and/or customer group aligned with specific shopper insights to drive differentiation for our customers and business growth - CAS - Executes the Category Management Process finding specific shopper insights, with the correct analysis, to drive differentiation for our customers and business growth. Work with CAS leader to develop category plans based on customer and company needs to maximize value. - Seek comprehensive health care and provide clear, truthful, timely and complete information about your health. - Actively participate in the prevention of occupational risks. - Immediately report the occurrence of an accident or incident - Participate in occupational safety and health training activities defined in the training plan of the SG-SST - Comply with the rules, regulations and instructions of the Company's SG-SST. - Participate and contribute to the fulfillment of the objectives of the SG-SST Occupational Health and Safety Management System. - Actively participate in the election of the Joint Committee on Safety and Health at Work. - Comply with the safety regulations and activities established or planned by the SG-SST and by the Company for a safe and healthy work performance. **What we look for**: **Experience Required** - +5 years experience in trade marketing and/or Category Management roles. - Nice to have experience also in Trade Marketing, Analytic consultant, Sales intelligence - English fluency desired - Knowledge of BI tools like BI, Access, advanced Excel, AC Nielsen **Key Skills & Abilities** - Demonstrated excellent work relationships with internal and external contacts - Excellent verbal, written, organizational and creative thinking skills are required. - Demonstrated abilities in leading, decision making. - Abilities to work through multiple tasks simultaneously (multitask), manage time efficiently and work independently (with little supervision). **Education/Level Degree**: - University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Engineer or related fields **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences, and we know you don’t need a degree to succeed.
