As a Specialist of Product Complaints, you will collaborate with global quality teams in partnership with business and digital units, driving priority and transformative initiatives. Main Responsibilities - Product Technical Complaints (PTC): Handle complaints related to medical devices, pharmaceutical products, biologics, and combination products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders via cross-functional teams for complaint management, including customer service, medical information, pharmacovigilance, sales, regulatory, commercial operations, legal, and field alert reporting. - Training and Compliance: Complete required training in a timely manner and maintain compliance with quality processes and documentation, regulations, and industry standards. - Complaint Handling: Process intake for complaints, perform assessments, and ensure timely closure, focusing on operational tasks within complaint handling. - Investigation and Feedback: Participate in ad-hoc meetings regarding product-specific complaint issues and provide feedback on investigations. - Quality Management System (QMS): Maintain QMS records and discrepancies, ensuring completion within timelines. - Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement and support their implementation. About You - Experience: 1-3 years in the pharmaceutical industry. - Quality Knowledge: Familiarity with quality functions within the pharmaceutical sector. - Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work proactively, in a team-oriented and flexible manner. - Technical Skills: Analytical skills and ability to multitask under stress. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology. - Languages: Excellent command of English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
