What we expectfrom you - 2 years of experience in CPG / Mass Consumption orConsultancy. - Degree: Business administration or Engineering -Must have strong data analysis skills. Transform data intoknowledge with clear and actionable recommendations for CPG andRetail growth. - Advanced level in excel and database skills -Strong communication and storytelling skills - Effectivepresentation and audience management skills - Ability to buildexcellent relationships with counterparties, establishing trust andbecoming a true strategic partner - Consultative approach toselling, identifying needs and selling appropriate solutions. -Build a collaborative relationship with Retail and the customer. -Must be passionate about shopper insights and putting the customerat the center of decisions.
