Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Cali, Colombia. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support. This role includes installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers and other IT equipment. You will be expected to ensure network infrastructure is functioning efficiently and assist with any IT-related issues that arise.
