Join Our Survey/Geospatial Team Our team offers extensive survey and geospatial data and mapping services, enabling faster, safer, and more accurate data collection from air, ground, and subsurface sources. We focus on precise data interpretation to accelerate your journey towards becoming a future industry leader. Responsibilities Perform selected drafting assignments accurately and efficiently. Conduct land records research and compile comprehensive deed mosaics. Process field-collected survey data into Autodesk Civil 3D, creating digital terrain models and 3D surfaces. Produce deliverables such as ALTA/NSPS Surveys, Boundary, Topographic Surveys, As-Built drawings, Easement Plats, and more. Convert field notes into survey/civil base maps using Autodesk Civil 3D. Prepare construction computations and field packages for stakeout missions. Create construction exhibits for layout purposes. Collaborate with senior staff to complete projects on time and within budget. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred. Experience in survey/civil professions is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. At least 2 years of experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D. LASER Scanning/LiDAR experience is advantageous. Proficiency in MicroStation V8i or OpenRoads is a plus. Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.
