PRGX provides a unique combination of audit, analytics and advisory services that optimizes client financial performance. **PURPOSE OF ROLE** The advancement of the retail audit process on a client-by-client basis to include data sets, audit tools, claim types to improve the efficiency of process and optimize claim & revenue generation. **- HYBRID POSITION -** ***JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers - Contribute to team meetings and Scrum ceremonies, providing insights and suggestions for front-end tasks - Learn and adhere to company coding standards and best practices - Assist in the documentation of front-end code and participate in knowledge sharing sessions - Work under the guidance of senior team members to complete tasks and contribute to project milestones **SKILLS** - English skills (C1) - Good ability to communicate and build long-term working relationships - Ability to view challenges from multiple perspectives and creativity - Good attention to detail and accuracy - Constantly striving to improve the process - Strong organizational and project management skills - Good problem-solving skills **WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**: - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (desirable) - Languages: JavaScript ES6+ - Basic understanding of web development technologies such as HTML and CSS - Frameworks: React (hooks, context) - Testing: Jest, React Testing Library - Git and remote repositories knowledge **WORKING CONDITIONS AND EQUAL EMPLOYMENT** Any physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the described job.
