As we continue our ambition to grow we are currently seeking to fill in the position of: **DESCRIPTION**: - To update and maintain all existing employee records using the organizations integrated HR Software Systems. - Create and maintain personnel files, ensure files are current by filing documents into personnel files. - Maintain and process all information in the time management system and issue time clock badge for the time Management system. - Manage the employee starter process and ensure all contracts of employment are produced and sent to the employee with all relevant documentation. - Assist with on-boarding process and process and ensure completion of all new hire paperwork. - Process and schedule skills testing, drug screening and background investigations. - Process employee information, including starters and leavers, sickness, annual leave etc. and ensure all relevant staff changes are processed and passed to the payroll. - Provide timely and customer service to all employees queries with regards to HR policies, procedures, benefits etc. - Design and produce reports from the HR database to help compile management information and reports. - Assist maternity and paternity leave correspondence. - Assist the regional/sectorial HR Manager in monitoring and maintaining HR policies and procedures. - Provide other administrative assistance and fulfill general administrative work. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Graduation complete; - Advanced English; - Previous experience in payroll routine; - Good knowledge of HR Software (e.g. SAP, NovaTime). - Good knowledge of administration processes like doing employment contracts, processing of sickness notes etc. - Good knowledge of employee benefits. **OUR OFFER**: The function enables you to become part of the ambitious and growing organization that serves the Oil and Gas industry with state-of-the-art technologies.
