**About Fòs Feminista** Fòs Feminista is as an intersectional feminist organization centered around the sexual and reproductive rights and needs of women, girls, and gender-diverse people. Led and governed by the Global South, Fòs Feminista works as an alliance of organizations in 40+ countries worldwide to advance sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice. As the connecting fabric of this alliance, Fòs Feminista orchestrates transnational and transregional action, amplifies partners’ work, and promotes South-South learning and collaboration toward achieving common objectives. Together with our partners, we provide access to sexual and reproductive health care, including contraception, abortion, and care for victims of gender-based violence, and we reach young people with comprehensive sexuality education. As such, we are at the forefront of advocating for sexual and reproductive health and rights from an intersectional lens in national, regional, and global spaces, coordinating with our partners to ensure that diverse experiences, priorities, and voices of the Global South are represented in these spaces. **Position Summary** The Senior Systems and Effectiveness Officer will enable continuous improvement processes and Fòs Feminista’s feminist transformation by simplifying and automating tasks, streamlining processes backed up by data and technology, and creating and maintaining a virtual workspace that evolves at the pace at which our ecosystem is evolving. A critical component of this work is creating a robust and thoughtful prioritization framework for improvement, to identify optimal solutions and to collaborate across units and across key stakeholders (superusers). The incumbent will also be responsible for supporting Fòs Feminista teams and other stakeholders on the processes and technology improvement efforts of the organization’s Dynamics NAV ERP system. They must be a results-driven strategic thinker, with the ability to not only identify how financial data, processes, and knowledge can improve performance across Fòs Feminista but also successfully execute these approaches to enhance financial decision-making. They will contribute to improve Fòs Feminista’s operations performance, support its transformation and the expansion of our feminist ecosystem by streamlining critical processes and optimizing the flow of subgrant awards; providing information systems and business analysis support for projects, strategic initiatives, and institutional priorities; developing analyses, presentations, training materials; strengthening information systems; and advancing knowledge management The Senior Systems and Effectiveness Officer will play a key role in improving organizational processes and practices to support Fòs Feminista’s organizational transformation and daily work as an intersectional feminist ecosystem to ensure agile, transparent and fluid information sharing within the ecosystem. **Supervisory Relationship** The Senior Systems and Effectiveness Officer will be a member of the Intelligence and Research Cluster, and reports to the Business Intelligence, Evaluation and Research Director.
