As a Structural BIM Modeler, you will work with an award-winning structural engineering firm providing design services for architects, developers, contractors, and owners. Responsibilities Develop detailed design drawings using Revit Structure and AutoCAD. Model structural elements using Rhino/Grasshopper throughout the design phases as part of the structural deliverable. Collaborate with fellow BIM Modelers and support project work. Modify drawings and 3D models based on engineers' markups. Work with structural engineers to layout and detail components and systems. Requirements Proficiency in Revit Structure, Rhino, Grasshopper, and AutoCAD. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good judgment and technical knowledge. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Degree in an AEC-related discipline; knowledge of Dynamo and/or Tekla is a plus.
