Job Title: Senior Consultant, Front Office Key Responsibilities - Implement software according to project plans and best practices. - Install and configure the platform at client sites or remotely. - Deliver functional information for sales proposals and documentation. - Run customer workshops to define product requirements. - Configure software effectively for smooth application implementation. - Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for end-users and administrators. - Update knowledge and skills to perform job effectively. - Perform administrative tasks accurately and timely. - Share knowledge through leading sessions for colleagues. - Support team growth and individual development. Qualifications - Degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. - Knowledge of SQL is preferred. - Experience in software implementation and process management required. - Experience with GRC and technical IT products is a plus.
