About the Role: We seek a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced in hiring for Finance, Legal, and/or HR functions within a corporate environment. You will attract top talent globally, from transactional to strategic leadership roles, partnering with department heads and HR Business Partners to build high-performing teams. What Will You Be Doing: Manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance, Legal, and/or HR roles, from requisition to onboarding. Build relationships with senior leaders to understand their hiring needs. Develop sourcing strategies using channels like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit. Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication. Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to develop offers. Maintain recruitment data and report on hiring metrics. Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements. Partner with agencies and search firms as needed. Represent the company to candidates and third parties. Work with hiring managers throughout the interview process. Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape. What Makes You a Strong Candidate: 5+ years of recruiting experience, including agency experience. Experience recruiting for finance, legal, and/or HR roles, especially in regulated industries. Experience with international relocation and cross-border recruitment. Knowledge of finance, legal, and HR terminology and credentials. Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills, including niche platforms and associations. Experience in measuring quality of hire, stakeholder satisfaction, candidate experience, and time-to-fill. Ability to partner with senior stakeholders. Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus. Experience with ATS systems like Jobvite is preferred.
