Service Technologies S.A. is a leader in the Service Industry and still growing and we are looking for someone like you to be Service Technologies next great addition as a **Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)**. - Answering incoming calls from potential & current customers - Respond to inquiries about products and services - Data entry to enter work orders and reports - Resolve customer issues with mínimal supervision. - Executes clerical service functions & other related duties. - Update and maintain all customer records or performing general account maintenance. - Perform other duties as assigned Our CSR team will function as a liaison and provide support between our office, clients, technicians and our customers. Excellent communication skills are a necessity. **Skills & Requirements** - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - The ability to project professionalism, multi-task, and deliver excellent customer service. - Must be able to read, write and speak English. This is not a remote position and if hired you will be working in our office in El Poblado located at CRA. 43A # 6 sur 26, El Poblado, Medellin **40 hr work week.** Pay: From $260,000,000 per month **Experience**: - Customer Service: 3 years (required) **Language**: - Spanish (required) - English (required)
