**Job Description: ERP Cloud Senior Consultant** **Location**: Remote **Schedule**: Full-time, Monday to Friday **Type of Contract**:Contract Type The Oracle ERP Implementation Specialist will lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration across entities. This role involves providing technical leadership, managing implementation strategies, and ensuring data integrity during system migration. **Essential Functions**: - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Oracle ERP implementation across multiple entities. - Align ERP strategies with business goals and objectives to meet organizational needs. - Provide strong technical leadership throughout the entire ERP lifecycle, including design, configuration, and deployment. - Act as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related matters and customer interactions. - Oversee end-to-end implementation processes, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, and deployment. - Ensure Oracle ERP integration with existing systems and processes. - Lead customer interactions concerning financial impacts, accounting policies, and various reporting. - Analyze financial reports to monitor the performance of wholesale products in the market. - Drive customer meetings and manage all phases of analysis, design, and development for Oracle ERP modules. **Education Requirements**: - **Required**: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. - **Preferred**: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business. **Work Experience**: - 4-6 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, including system design, configuration, and integration. - 1-3 years of experience in data migration and management, ensuring data integrity during transitions. - 1-3 years of expertise in managing Oracle ERP modules. - 1-3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related tools. - 1-3 years of experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. **Licenses and Certifications**: - **Preferred**: - Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certification - Oracle Certified Java Professional (OCP) - Certified Financial Manager (CFM) - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) - Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) **Skills and Competencies** - Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage ERP implementation projects. - Advanced expertise in Oracle ERP modules, including system customization and integration. - Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting related to ERP systems. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Strong communication skills for managing customer interactions and cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of data migration best practices to ensure system integrity. - Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies. - and substance-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.** At ttg, **_“We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time,”_** ttg OPT.
