It's why many of the world's largest leagues & federations such as the NFL, English Premier League, FIBA and NCAA choose to work with Genius Sports. **The Role** A Fixtures Management and Settlement Product Supervisor's main responsibilities include short and long-term workload planning and ensuring the required quality level of the product by taking actions regarding the performance management of people and being heavily involved in a mentoring structure. The person in the position will also take a big part in the overall product development and different levels of communication. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Identify, evaluate, and plan workload on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis - Distribute, schedule, and streamline daily assignments to ensure the normal function of operations - Oversee the work process and provide support to the staff on duty whilst ensuring that product requirements are met - Work closely with people on performance management and mentoring strategies - Actively participate in the process of product innovations to uphold, optimize and improve delivery and overall product quality - Investigate the root cause of problematic patterns and proactively search for solutions and prevention strategies - Compiling and delivering regular and ad hoc reports and comprehensive analysis **Required skills and experience** - In-depth industry understanding and product expertise; - Advanced knowledge and interest in a wide variety of sports - Structured approach towards organizing, planning, and prioritizing workload with excellent time management skills; - Strong analytical thinking - Ability to efficiently solve problems; - Stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure; - Good command of verbal and written English with excellent interpersonal skills - Team player with the ability to work independently. **What's in it for you?** As well as a competitive salary and annual leave allowance, our benefits include health insurance, skills training and much more, depending on the location.
