The ideal candidate will create aesthetically pleasing products that capture our clients’ brands and engage their audiences. You will collaborate directly with our client’s cross-functional team, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure consistent and appealing branding. Your goal will be to create impactful designs that embody and promote the company's vision. If you can convey messages and information through building sophisticated design systems, illustrations, graphics, and patterns, we’d like to meet you. The salary ranges from 1,500 USD to 2,100 USD per month, depending on experience and seniority. Candidates from other LATAM countries may be considered. Candidates outside the western hemisphere time zones will NOT be considered. The role is 100% remote. ALL RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH Responsibilities Design user interfaces, prototypes, and digital products to solve complex problems, considering business, experience, and technology perspectives, with the end-user in mind. Create visual design documents such as mood boards, storyboards, creative briefs, visualizations, color schemes, interaction studies, iconography, and illustrations. Establish and contribute to design systems, including components, style libraries, color palettes, typography, imagery, and icons to ensure a unified visual language. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of detailed, pixel-perfect designs. Present compelling product stories and collaborate across teams to leverage previous work and build on existing designs. Demonstrate understanding of human-computer interaction principles, such as accessibility considerations like contrast and button sizes. Embody our culture and values. Requirements Fluent in English; able to conduct professional conversations fluently. 3-4 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role. Portfolio showcasing relevant work (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, design systems) — required for application. Passion for design and critical thinking. Ability to thrive in a rapid, build-and-test environment balancing user insights and team input. Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software like Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Self-motivated with good deadline management skills in team projects. Strong attention to visual details.
