Over 8 years of Experience on management of Cisco network devices, routers, switches. CCNP certification or equivalent work experience is a must. -Proven experience on subnetting, BGP and OSPF routing protocols, high available connectivity, redundancy, advanced switching, remote access protocols, basic network services (DNS, DHCP, NTP) -Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing AWS network infrastructure, including Transit Gateways, Load Balancers, Direct Connect Gateways, NAT Gateways, Internet Gateways, and AWS Native Site-to-Site VPN Tunnels. - - -Expertise in optimizing network performance, implementing high-availability solutions, and ensuring secure, scalable connectivity across cloud and hybrid environments. -Experience in deployement and management of cloud network infrastructure as a code, ability to expand the knowledge to manage network devices as via code (Meraki, Cisco firewall, Fortinet firewall, Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM) -Ability to deploy, manage and troubleshoot security devices, tools, elements and principles on premise and in cloud -Proven experience with network monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Netflow Analyser, PRTG. Ability to deploy, manage and integrate monitoring tool with other monitoring and observability platforms. -Familiar with cloud monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, FlowLogs or similar on other cloud platforms, ability to use them for reporting and troubleshooting. -Understanding of cost management of cloud infrastructure -Proficient in ITSM principles and methodologies for efficient management of incidents, problems, changes, and service requests. Experienced in leveraging ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) to track, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related issues with precision and efficiency -Expert in managing technical escalations from customers, ensuring swift analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex network issues. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying root causes, and implementing long-term solutions to enhance service reliability and customer satisfaction.
