As an Accounting Support, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes. Responsibilities - Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. - Provide efficient and accurate support to the accounting team on tasks related to invoicing and reconciliations. - Maintain up-to-date and accurate billing information within the Transportation Management System (TMS). - Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper invoice issuance and follow-up. - Contribute to meeting accounting deadlines and support internal or external audits when necessary. Skills - Good English skills B2 or C1 Desired requirements - Education: High school diploma is required; a College education related to Finance or Accounting is a plus. - Experience: With at least 1year of experience in accounts payable or finance roles Benefits - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. shift.
