We seek a skilled Mid-Level Salesforce Admin to join our dynamic team, focusing on optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce Service Cloud applications in an international environment. You will manage and configure Salesforce Service Cloud features to ensure effective service delivery and improved customer experiences. This role requires close interaction with an American client, so proficiency in English is essential, as all processes and daily activities are conducted in English. Responsibilities Administer and configure Salesforce Service Cloud applications, including case management, queues, and service processes. Utilize Salesforce Flow Builder for process automation. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor performance and identify improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Manage user access, roles, and profiles, adhering to Salesforce security best practices. Provide support and training to end-users on Service Cloud functionalities. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features for continuous improvement. Requirements Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud features and capabilities. Experience with Salesforce Flow Builder for automation. Understanding of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, and sharing rules. Experience in report and dashboard creation.
