What to expect in this role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our CI/CD pipeline, automating infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our Kubernetes clusters in a multi-DC environment. Your expertise in AWS, scripting, and troubleshooting will be instrumental in achieving our goals. - Designing and managing Azure infrastructure using services like Storage Accounts, Azure SQL, Key Vault, AKS, Azure Cache, App Gateway, Load Balancer, DNS, and Blob Storage. - Implementing and maintaining IaC using Terraform to automate and manage infrastructure deployments. - Managing and securing containerized applications in Kubernetes (AKS), applying best practices with Istio, Pod Security Policies, and Network Policies. - Ensuring observability through Datadog, setting up alerting, dashboards, and monitoring pipelines. - Deploying and managing CI/CD workflows using ArgoCD, and optionally GitHub Actions, to enable automated, auditable deployment strategies. - Administering Azure App Configuration and Key Vault to securely manage secrets and configuration data across environments. - Collaborating with security and compliance teams to implement and enforce RBAC and network-level policies, including WAF protections and secure ingress strategies. - Supporting platform scalability and availability with experience in Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, API Gateway patterns, and Azure Functions.
