We're not just building homes; we're building careers. **Responsibilities** - Manage executive calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating availability - Support follow-up tasks from leadership meetings and maintain action item lists - Handle light reporting, data entry, and spreadsheet organization - Coordinate with other team members to streamline internal communication - Assist with online research and special projects as assigned - Maintain confidentiality with professionalism at all times **Qualifications** - Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or VA supporting senior-level leadership - Strong communication skills and fluent English, both written and verbal - Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail - Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, cloud-based tools (Google Workspace), and task platforms like Notion or Trello - Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently - Availability during U.S. business hours (ideally Central Time Zone) - Experience working in construction, roofing, or a related field is a plus, but not required **Compensation & Benefits** - Full time position. - Starting rate at $6 to $9 per hour USD (depending on experience) - Long-term opportunity with potential for growth - Remote flexibility - Supportive, team-driven environment **Join Our Team** - Storm Guard Roofing and Construction is an equal opportunity employer.
