We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our team and create proposals for commercial projects. Job Summary: As a Sales Administrator at Exactus Energy, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by creating proposals for commercial projects, tracking proposal-related data and metrics and performing various administrative tasks. You will work closely with the Client Solutions team, as well as our project teams to build out proposals for various scopes of work. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, concise, and empathetic communication. Understand client needs and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams. Proposal Writing: Develop proposals in response to client requests for services or projects. Conduct thorough research and analysis to customize proposals to address specific client requirements and pain points. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and incorporate technical details into proposals. Documentation Management: Maintain a comprehensive library of proposal templates, case studies, and other relevant content to streamline the proposal development process. Proposal Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance and streamline sales processes for increased efficiency. Collaborate with the sales team to implement best practices and sales tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field required. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
