Job Description This role involves working in a collaborative hybrid environment with a distributed team, including leads based in Australia and a local team in Bogotá. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong technical foundation, the ability to work autonomously, and excellent communication skills to manage end-to-end feature delivery in a microservices-based architecture. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software components. - Collaborate with international managers and local engineering teams to define requirements and technical solutions. - Own features from conception to deployment, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability. - Apply SOLID principles and architectural best practices to ensure clean, modular codebases. - Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to improving infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: - Proven experience in backend and frontend development. - Strong skills in Next.js or TypeScript. - Solid experience working in microservices-based architecture. - Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD practices. - Strong understanding and application of SOLID principles. - Experience in designing large-scale systems and delivering features independently.
