Job Title Investments and M&A; Manager - Colombia Department Colombia Location Based in Colombia Reports To Country Manager Role Summary This position is created to execute the international expansion in Colombia. Sungrow Colombia platform is the end-to-end solution to originate, structure, execute, build and operate renewable assets in Colombia. Within the Sungrow structure, the Investments and M&A; team is instrumental in originating, analysing, and executing the “buy-side” of M&A; opportunities, as well as organic investments and strategic analysis. This will allow the company to continue expanding its worldwide footprint and consolidating its standing as one of the major developers, owners and operators of renewable assets in the world. The individual in this role will own economic analysis models for investment opportunities, coordinate investment Due Diligence processes, prepare investment approvals and support in the execution of transaction documents. The individual will prepare strategic presentations for Sungrow Colombia. Core Responsibilities 1. Coordinate and execute the due diligence, structuring and negotiation of transaction documentation in potential M&A; opportunities. 2. Coordinate external advisors (e.g., legal counsel, financial advisor) and direct internal Sungrow teams (e.g., operations, wind, tax) for NBO and BO stages of execution of M&A; transactions. 3. Provide buy-side M&A; services/opportunities. 4. Participate in strategic analysis projects (namely portfolio analysis and partnerships). 5. Perform valuations and prepare investment memoranda to assist Sungrow decision-making bodies in global investment decisions. 6. Analyse greenfield projects in terms of economic risk and strategic options and provide reports of findings. 7. Produce and analyse financial models and assess commercial data and assumptions which underlie financial forecasts. 8. Support the preparation of Sungrow business plans and impairment analyses, in coordination with the Corporate Investments and M&A; Department. 9. Build effective working relationships within the business unit and participate in global technical communities to ensure a strong network of resources. Qualifications 1. Experience in core valuation, M&A;, corporate finance, or investment analysis. 2. Strong knowledge of valuation, financing, accounting, and strategic analysis. 3.
