The role We are pleased to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Multi-Vendor Marketplace Intern SoftwareOne Full-time | Bogotá, Colombia | Model: Hybrid As an intern on the Multivendor team, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural environment, where you will develop administrative, communication, and organizational skills in a real business setting. Through hands-on tasks and continuous support, you will gain valuable experience in information management, coordination of internal activities, and interaction with regional teams. This role is designed to support your professional growth and prepare you for future challenges in administrative and business support roles. You will work closely with professionals in the team to: - Database Management and Updates: Register, update, and verify account and contact information, track it in Excel, and generate periodic reports. - Support in Administrative Campaigns and Events: Assist in coordinating internal activities and events with vendors, including attendance confirmation, sending information, and post-event follow-up. - Support in Internal Communication and Reporting Processes: Help prepare weekly reports, track key indicators, and escalate relevant alerts to the team. - Team Contributions and Continuous Improvement: Propose ideas to improve processes, automate basic tasks, and contribute to better team organization based on your learning throughout the internship. What we need to see from you What we expect from you: To be an active university student in Business Administration, Marketing and Advertising, International Business, Business Management, International Trade, Commercial and Sales Management, Logistics Management, Financial Administration (with a commercial or client-focused approach), Organizational Communication, or Public Relations, who wants to strengthen their skills in information management, data organization, communication with internal and external teams, and coordination of administrative activities in a real corporate environment. Preferably based in Bogotá. Required skills: - Excellent communication skills. - Confidence when communicating with clients via phone or messaging platforms. - Discipline, autonomy, and organization in completing assigned tasks. - Basic to intermediate Excel skills to record and report information in an orderly manner. - Ability to work in a structured way and meet weekly deliverables.
